I have not yet brought my puppy home, but the amount of support I have received even before he has arrived is incredible! Since initially contacting Kim she has told me exactly what to buy and what not to buy (both immediately and in time). She has spent over an hour on the phone with me going through the first few days - from the minute the puppy leaves it mum, step by step what to do, taking into account my 3 year old daughter and 7 year old son with special needs and how to involve them in the process. Before this call I was apprehensive about bringing my puppy home but now I have a plan and feel in control I am excited to get started. Having Kim on the end of the phone at any time, with her being so approachable has made me feel confident I can do the best for our puppy - not just now but all the way through into adolescence. Kim’s knowledge and experience shine through and I’m so glad to have had this guidance before bringing our pup home as I feel knowing exactly what to do these these first few days will set good foundations going forward! I can’t wait for our one to ones and to learn more about how to build a happy and healthy relationship with my dog.Thank you Kim.

Kim is just the best. She has helped train my our dog (Fred) and my son’s dog (Junior). Before Kim started to train Junior, he was a very dominant dog (due to our lack of training !!). However after Kim training Junior, her offering lots of advice and kindly visiting both ours and our son’s home, Junior is now much more obedient and is now a pleasure to be around. Fred is only 5 months old but already with Kim’s support he is learning good manners and is also becoming obedient. Without Kim’s advice and support our family’s life’s would be much more stressful. We can’t thank or recommend Kim enough.

Kim came along to support our efforts to train Monty, our cockerpoo puppy. We'd begun to attend classes, but the beauty of Kim's training is that it's based on observations and discussions in Monty's own environment. We learned so much, as did Monty, and like any puppy training, provided you put in the time to consistently embed Kim's key tips following the training, you'll quickly see the benefits. I'm particularly grateful to Kim for taking on the challenge of adapting her expertise so that I could train Monty to successfully cope with my wheelchair. Together we took Monty out for a training walk, with Kim constantly guiding and supporting me. It even included an impromptu, fun filled first swim for Monty on a quickly conjured up training lead! Kim's passion for her work constantly shines through. She never appears frustrated, (there were times when she had every right to) or short of time which worked for me! Thank you so much Kim.

Kim is just the best and she definitely goes the extra mile. When she was looking after our elderly dog, she identified that he was in his last few days. Kim kindly stayed with him and she also called us to let us know, for which I’ll be forever grateful. Kim even lent us her dog afterwards for doggie cuddles, to help with our grieve. We now have a new puppy and again Kim has gone the extra mile. She’s helped us to teach him manners. Kim also looks after my son’s dog - who was a very dominant dog !!!! Kim has not just trained his dog but has also visited my son’s home to give my son advice. His dog is a changed dog since Kim becoming involved. Without Kim’s support the story could have been so different.... Kim is simply the best in every way. I’ve never met a lady with a bigger heart ????

Where can I begin to thank you for all your first class hard work looking and caring after first Willo and Cooper and now following their very sad demise last year our two lovely young dogs Ruby and Kai . Following the death of Willo from cancer, Cooper who was nearly 14 became seriously ill , which is always a distressing time for any dog lovers. At the same time we had to go away and you very kindly and heroically took him in, but sadly his condition deteriorated and you took him to our vet. The prognosis was bad and we were out of the country, but while at the vets you telephoned us so we were able to make choices that were very hard, but with your support and kindness we moved forward and very sadly Cooper had to be put to sleep and passed away in your loving arms. No amount of thanks can repay for everything you did and continue to do.

Wonderful service from Kim! Trained my untrainable collie to heal and walk tidy on the lead in just a couple of days! Looked after him for a week and completely changed his crazy personality! I now have a relaxed, and loving little doggo! THANKS KIM! 10 out of 10!

I just wanted to write a little review as had an initial meeting yesterday with Kim for my dogs separation anxiety. All I can say is wow . As soon as met her my little boy was on best behaviour. I don’t expect anything to be quick but from what she taught me yesterday to today I am already starting to see the improvement with getting him ready for me leaving less barking and whining. Still a way to go but I am blown away with how Kim makes it all so simple easy and less stressful for us both. I called her nanny McPhee and notice someone else refers to her as that also due to his sudden change as soon as he met her. She seems like a miracle worker

Fondly known as Nanny McFee. There when you need her but don't want her and gone when you want her but don't need her!

Kim started teaching us how to train our Patterdale cross English Bull Terrier, Dora, from 12 weeks old. Kim completely understood what we wanted to achieve and structured our lessons around that. We wanted a dog that was sociable with her own personality but had good manners and we could be confident to take her anywhere.

Within 8 weeks. Dora could sit, wait, lie down, settle and on and off lead she can heel or wait when passing dogs/people, her recall is great.

We will be taken her kayaking so Kim has taught us how to get her used to the kayak and balance.

With Kim's help we have a wonderful fun but trained pup that we can take anywhere.

Can't recommend Kim highly enough and whilst our formal training has finished we know that she will always be on hand if we need her.

Kim is such a great trainer! We were struggling to get our dog to walk to heal nicely on a loose lead for over six months, but with Kims help, he was walking perfectly within a matter of minutes and has done since! She really helped us and our children understand we needed to do to achieve the behavior we wanted from our family dog!! Loads of time spent just getting to know our dog and where we were going wrong with his training!! Cant thank her enough, would highly recommend, and we all cant wait to train with her again!

Kim has been brilliant. The best trainer we could ask for. She is very knowledgeable and will give you the results you want if you put the work in. Would highly recommend the puppy package as Kim will continue to train and guide you throughout their development. She’s the best, couldn’t ask for a better trainer!!

We first took our dog a Boston Terrier to Kim's training classes over 3 years ago. They are a strong willed fun dog and definitely had a mind of his own in the early days. After his sessions the change was incredible. Recall,
sit and stay, walk to heel, socialisation with other dogs and behaviour in social settings.Kim is a fine trainer

Kim. What a dog whisperer. Our bordie collie was attacked earlier in the year. Kim was on the end of the phone throughout with support and positive techniques to use on our beloved pet. Badger is now confident and happy member of the family. Thank you so much.

I have known Kim for many years now and I have been lucky enough to meet all of her fur babies.. Well mannered, well trained fur babies.. And for the last 5 years she has been working with other people's doggies and I can't stress enough how highly they speak about her training skills.. She's helped me and my daughter train our dogs and is always happy to put in extra work to get your dog where you want it to be..if you need an excellent trainer who puts your dog first Kim is the one for you.

Kim has just looked after my two dogs again, for a week, whilst I was abroad.

Kim knows how hard I find it to leave them, but I know they are in very safe hands with Kim. She loves them like her own and gives me lovely little updates and photos, which means the world to me!

Kim makes going away so much easier as my dogs get a wonderful holiday with her whilst I am away.

Thanks again Kim xxx

Highly Recommend this lovely lady!!!

Daisy, our Beagle/Cocker Spaniel cross , was eight weeks old when we collected her. Six weeks later we were struggling, to say the least, with her behavior and recall. Walkies was far from enjoyable.

We had been recommended to ask Kim of K9Komfortz to help us. Kim came to meet Daisy and us at our home to assess the situation. A few basic disciplines were established. We then went a walk and immediately Kim had Daisy responding; walking without pulling and doing as she was told. Over the next few months we continued with Kim's training sessions and they worked so well. Daisy has developed into a beautiful character and whilst the Beagle/Spaniel combination is interesting she is a lovely companion and a joy to take out walking.

Daisy is always excited to see Kim and we are eternally grateful for the time and effort Kim put into training not just Daisy but us too!
